THE FATHER
Forty years of reading the Danish wild, and writing it down. Now behind the camera.

I have spent a large part of my life travelling as a journalist, photographer and author.
It has taken me to many different places in the world. Close to animals and nature, and often far from the roads most tourists follow.

Along the way it has become countless photographs, reportages and a long list of books. Above all about hunting, nature and the experiences that come when you go out into the world with open eyes.

For me, it has never only been about travelling. It has been about curiosity. About meeting people, understanding how things connect, and telling stories through words and pictures.

Journalism has changed along the way. Books and printed magazines have increasingly given way to digital media. Over 25 years I have built Netnatur, which today is a large part of my work.
But one thing has not changed: the joy of experiencing something new and turning it into a story that others can enjoy.

And even though many journeys, books and photographs now lie behind me, I am far from finished.
There is still so much to experience. And even more stories to tell.
